What makes this Tasting Unique?
This is an intimate gathering of only 200, featuring a carefully curated selection of winemakers and principals from 30 wineries, ready to pop the corks on their special offerings, including big bottles and rare wines. Set up as one expansive “lounge,” guests are encouraged to relax and savor acclaimed Zinfandels at the winery tables, as well as the ZAP-hosted bar. Winemakers are also set loose to roam. It’s like an enhanced Heritage Lounge! Treat yourself to delightful bites crafted by Copia chefs and food artisans, ensuring a memorable afternoon in this charming setting.

Make the Most of Your Day
Don’t let a winery monopolize your glass. Just because they put wine in your glass doesn’t mean you have to drink it. Every sip you take of the same winery is a sip you are missing from another winery. There is a dump bucket right there. Pour it out even as you’re complimenting the winery. It is not a sign of disrespect.
