2015 1023 Zinfandel
1023 is a blend of the most dramatic, the most striking and compelling lots that Limerick Lane produces in a given vintage. A blend of 52% Zinfandel, 45% Syrah and 3% Grenache, all from the producer’s historic estate. Expansive with fresh, juicy blackberry, coffee and leather notes, it has black pepper and cinnamon accents that contribute extra verve to the robust body and fleshy ripeness
2015 Rocky Knoll Zinfandel
The Rocky Knoll is a 2.5-acre block on the northeast corner of the estate. This is the steepest, rockiest and driest part of the property and the only block where the wine is field blended with Petite Sirah, Mourvedre, Carignan and Syrah. It offers a wealth of soft, juicy milk chocolate and cherry pie character and is high in acidity and dusty tannin. A beautiful, memorable testament to what this variety can be.
