  One Market Pavilion ZinEX is back to the future and our new location for this year is One Market Pavilion and Restaurant. Chef Mark Dommen and his unrivaled team are throwing open their doors for us to roam the restaurant and pavilion to create special ZinEX-clusives just for you. This all-day Zinfandel expedition will showcase over 80 participating wineries, featuring winemakers and winery principals pouring reserve bottles, limited availability wines and barrel samples at their tables during the first portion of the day. The food scene will combine farm-to-table concepts with culinary precision and incomparable flavor. The pavilion is light, bright and spacious with dramatic soaring ceilings, creating a splendid space for our Grand Tasting. And, throughout the tasting, you’ll meet many accomplished winemakers—legends who have helped make Zinfandel into California’s cult grape and the rising stars carrying Zinfandel into the future. A tantalizing day awaits you, filled with delightful surprises and amusements.

Heritage Lounge at the Grand Tasting is offered exclusively as a ZAP Heritage Club member benefit. The Lounge will be open from 1:00 – 4:00 PM. Served tastings of highly-allocated Zinfandels are featured as you relax and take in the view, while enjoying nibbles and treats, and talk with winemakers who will drop by throughout the day.
