A sophisticated destination dining experience that presents award-winning farm-to-table food from Chef Mark Dommen of One Market Restaurant. Dommen, who exquisitely follows in the footsteps of One Market’s celebrated founding chef and principal, Bradley Ogden, we will present a customized menu incorporating locally sourced products. Beginning with a wine tasting reception with the winemakers, sharing wines not poured at other ZAP events, and culminating with a farm-to-table dinner, this event will surely delight your palate. 

Join Quivira Vineyard Manager and farmer Ned Horton, along with 20 top Zinfandel winemakers at One Market Restaurant on Thursday, February 23 for an experience of a lifetime.  Break bread with winemakers and growers as you savor the evening’s menu featuring spit-roasted porchetta with house-made Quivira pork sausage and pork belly with grilled chicories and dry fruit vinaigrette.
